Suggested Activities

During my third year at UBC, I was registered in a Design course wherein I decided to design and develope an Android Mobile Application. Through the app, users can create, browse and joing acitivities happening all around the globe. The key functionality included a suggested activities sections wherein the application ranks activities using various modern Algorithms and suggests them to users based on their profile and preferences.

My role in this project was scattered by working with all of the teams be it Front End Mobile Application using Android Studio, or backend APIs developement using node.js. Apart from the technical knowledge and experience, I gained a tremendous experience and guidance in Agile developement, team dynamics and technical documentation.
